harry potter party at wegmans
brings small children in capes
and sad adults together
emily, bob and i sit
in a corner ignored by
pretty much everyone
wandering around wegmans
we find that the party is
where ever we want it to be

the next morning i woke up
and i was left with a book, a balloon,
and a temporary tattoo on my forehead
